FLIN FLON, Manitoba -- I have no clue where this site was. All I know is that I wrote "Manitoba Burn" on it some time ago so I have to trust my notes and assume it's from somewhere in Manitoba. I do know I took it while traveling between the BOREAS Southern Study Area (SSA) in Saskatchewan and the Northern Study Area (NSA) in Manitoba. It is a very young stand recovering from a forest fire.
